Kelli Baker is the owner of Playful Pathways Consulting. She is a School-Based Registered Play Therapist, Certified AUTPlay Provider, and certified school counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and her M.Ed. in School Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Kelli has presented at many state level conferences in the subject area of education and school counseling including OSSBA, Counselors Only Conference, PATH, CCOSA, OAHPERD, as well as nationally at SHAPE America Conference and ASCA American School Counseling Association Conference. The areas of specialty shared at all conferences included Therapy Dogs Within Schools and Students Leading Healthy Lives. Kelli was also a co-collaborator who was selected and attended the 2024 National Leaders Summit for America's Healthiest Schools. 

Her professional experience includes serving as a classroom teacher, case management within a mental health agency, juvenile probation counselor, and school counselor. Kelli’s passion is supporting children and families. She hopes that families will create lasting memories while learning valuable skills at Playful Pathways—where the goal is to create a way through play.
